Cadet  Wing Command is made up of 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th Student Squadron Command, 5^th Squadron Command which is responsible for flight training activities, T-41 Aircraft Maintenance Command which is responsible for aircraft maintenance,  Physical Education Department which is responsible for sports activities, Center for Character Development which is responsible for building and developing the officer character of cadets and counseling them, Military Operations and Training Department which is responsible for military operations and training activities, Service Section which is responsible for bed and board and cleaning, Guest Military Personnel Responsible Officer and Female Student Responsible Officer.  

Human factor has been the most significant capital in the new information age. Therefore, the institutions have to provide qualified human resources to be successful. The main human resource for the Turkish Air Force Command is the Air Force Academy. The aim of officer development system is to bring up officers who have;

 

• qualities required in a soldier,
• commandership, management and  leadership skills,
• military and general knowledge
• morally and mentally developed personality
• excellent personality features
• physical competence required for the demanding conditions of aviation
• work ethic

 

All personnel of the Cadet Wing Commander are aware of their responsibility for the cadets to achieve these qualities and they feel the pride of this duty in their hearts.
